Each session is intentionally designed to build real speed. we train foot speed, by activating the fascia, as well as coordination with game-tempo plyometrics and precisely timed drills.

 FAQs

  • Training will take place at May Park at 6415 Quince Road, Memphis, TN 38119.

  • You can select to train once or twice a week per program. The June Program runs 6/4-6/28, Wednesdays and/or Saturdays.

    Each session will be 1 hour from 5:30-6:30pm.

  • Each one hour session is $40. We require payment in advance for the full program (4 or 8 sessions total).

    However, we believe all young athletes should have access to this training. If you are unable to pay $40/session, we ask that you pay what you can. Simply reach out to us directly to discuss at 901speedcamp@gmail.com

  • No worries! We will find a time for make up sessions later in the summer or fall.

meet the coach

Over the years, Harold has worked with hundreds of individuals and teams, fostering not only physical transformation but mental toughness and personal growth. He’s known for his holistic, adaptable coaching style, which integrates functional strength training, injury prevention, and goal-oriented progress tracking. 

In Los Angeles, Harold worked with Hollywood stunt-men, collegiate and professional athletes, and employees at organizations such as Fiji water, Verizon, and Yahoo. Currently, Harold oversees corporate fitness and wellness at Raymond James, runs body awareness and movement summer camps at local independent schools and continues to successfully run his own personal training business spanning nearly 12 years.

Harold holds certifications from NASM, USAW, and HLC1.
